Customers must use the equipment in the manner outlined in the instruction manual for that product. The manual is supplied in electronic format after purchase. If no manual is received, the customer must notify Stair Climbers asap. Every person who uses the stairclimber must read the manual. If the customer does not understand an instruction or instructions, they should contact Stair Climbers for clarification.
We encourage customers to develop their technique without a load or person on the stair climber. We also recommend weight is added gradually to the stairclimber so the operator can experience the impact on their technique.
All Stair Climbers equipment is supplied on the basis each customer is entitled to a live online "Zoom"(or similar platform) training session. Customers are encouraged to book this session shortly after item has been delivered.
Stair Climbers are solely responsible for the supply of the equipment and not responsible for any other claim or damage to any property, other equipment or injury to any person. Any claim is limited to the purchase price of the equipment.
Any disputes should initially be addressed by both parties acting in good faith to find a resolution. If that process fails and if there is a legal claim, it must be made under the laws and in the courts of Victoria.
These conditions in no way diminish or extinguish any rights customers may have under State or Federal legislation.
