The RSW fully retracts onto the frame when climbing stairs or when not in use.
The RSW option adds an extra set of wheels to Stair Climbers trollys. They let the trolley wheel or rest on four wheels on flat surfaces. The RSW fully retracts onto the frame when climbing stairs or when not in use.
They aid stability and make the trolley easier to use, especially with heavier loads.
The operator can engage the spring-loaded RSW by releasing the catch with their hand.
The operator can disengage the RSW by pushing it with their foot.
Brakes on rear castors ensure the trolley remains stationary- when it is mean’t to remain stationary!
The RSW is fully retracted when the trolley is ascending or descending stairs.
Kris II machine is easy to learn, an excellent asset for evacuation, and moving people up and down flights of stairs. While I hope we never have to use it, I sleep easier knowing we have it on site.

Robert was amazing to deal with, we required a big stair climber in a hurry and Stairclimbers went above and beyond to make sure we got it on time for the job.

The training was satisfactory for our purposes.
Time was given to run through the use and experience the chair transportation during training.
